[rpd] End of Last call

Dear community,

I think there’s no need to even consult the previous Co-chairs, because
procedurally pursuant to section 3.5(2) of the CPM, it clearly states that
the appeal/disagreement must be made within 14 days from the date of the
chair’s public decision.

As obvious as it is, all these sudden surge of disagreement/appeal are all
made beyond the 14 days period.

Therefore, in practice, the Chair(s) is not even obliged to reconsider
anything based on all these sudden surge of disagreement or appeal, in
which such disagreement or appeal is not even made in accordance to section
3.5(2) of the CPM in the first instance.

i see no reason in voicing out any appeal or disagreement at this point, as
it should all be deemed invalid pursuant to section 3.5(2) of the CPM.
