[rpd] Revised Proposal | Chairs Elections Process (Draft-2)

Dear all,

I oppose this policy because of its objective to drastically reduce
participation. The principle for equal representation will be violated
since the board would make decisions behind close doors. Any
information on the mechanisms of that vote are also missing,
especially on the system of electronic vote. The policy as it is
currently drafted calls for an intensive use of Afrinic’s resources
and this will, in the long-term lead to the loss of its efficiency.

All best wishes,

Cathie

So, it needs to be more clear.

" contradicts the earlier statement which clearly states when the term ends.
