Dear Moses  Serugo,
My responses  based on the  policy document in circulation  are   indicated as below
1. The policy is trying to solve a problem that really does not exist since AFRINIC already has a procedure to elect co-chairs

2. In section 3.3.1.3 ... who will decide whether "exceptional situations" exist ?

3. In section 3.3.1.5 ... who will call for nominations ... this is already resolved in current situation where this is the job of the AFRINIC Nominations Committee  that  calls  for  nominations  on such matters

4. In section 3.3.2.5. ... who will decide on fraud ... should this really be in a PDP ?

5. In section 3.3.2.15. ... these activities are currently already delegated to the NOMCOM and Elections Committee making this policy proposal completely unnecessary, i therefore  suggest this policy needs a  serious review  before  it is  accepted  and adopted  as it has  some  sections  which  are in conflict of interest

6. I hence oppose this policy ... it is completely unnecessary.  for now, that's my opinion
