The only difference of this v2 vs v1, is this paragraph at the end of the policy proposal text:



The AS0 ROAs could be under a distinct Trust Anchor Locator (TAL), so it becomes an opt-in service and provides separate measurements, at least in the initial deployment phases. This and other operational details are left to the discretion of AFRINIC.



This is based on the existing experience that the APNIC implementation has offered.



Also note that an equivalent proposal reached consensus a few months ago in the LACNIC meeting and has been already ratified by the board.
