Chers tous bonjour,
Nous avons évoluer en Afrique avec un système de copié et coller depuis
l'indépendance des nos très chers Etat. Ça rapporté quoi ?
Ici il s'agit des principes et normes qui régissent notre communauté
d'AFRINIC pas de comparaison puisque tel ou tel l'a fait.
Très Chers membres de la communauté, je demande a chacun de me prouver avec
le statut, le règlement d'afrinic, les décisions du conseil
d'administration d'afrinic ou même des politiques adopter et déjà en
application pour tenir le vote en ligne et je besoin que cette même
communauté me prouve comment les règles qui nous régissent tranche sur
comment contourner le cas exceptionnel qui est créer par le covid19 , qui
nous nous mettent tous dans le cas de force majeure.
Je pense que, nous avons ceux qui soutiennent des propositions sans
soubassements légal et ils doivent éviter d'induire la communauté en erreur
ou se parcequ'ils veulent qu'on adopte leur proposition des politiques déjà
rejeté en Angola ?
Je continue a insisté sur ma proposition : pas d'élections en ligne puisque
sur le plan légal nul part nos principes et normes d'afrinic n'autorise pas
l'élection en ligne. Du coût Le coprésident reste en fonction jusqu'à
l'installation des coprésident élue à l'issu d'une réunion physique a
Kinshasa déjà ce soir son excellence Monsieur le Président de la RDC lève
l'état d'urgence sur toute l'étendue du pays.
Pour la réunion, doit rester en RDC et doit être physique. l'Afrique n'a
plus besoin de copie et coller, nous avons besoin des innovations qui sont
adaptés à la réalité de l'Afrique.
