Jordi, pour ton information la RDC a beaucoup des problèmes de la connexion
internet et en même temps au tant des potentialités dans le domaine
internet.
Insistez pour biaisé la réalité, ça sera une penne perdu.
Chers membres de la communauté d'afrinic, vous informez que nous sommes
dans le cas de force majeure que le juriste considère comme le cas
exceptionnel qui doit être surmonté que par une décision de jurisprudence.
Nous sommes en RDC et vous informe avec précision que nous avons des
problèmes et avez vous évaluer d'abord pour 4 jours la connexion internet
coûtera combien par participant par jour? Et chacun dans son coin et recoin
d'Afrique connais le problème de connexion internet qui est un défis a
relever. Mais aujourd'hui voir les membres soutenir la réunion en ligne et
l'élection en ligne, ce faire abstraction à la réalité et se moquer des la
mission que chacun a dans ce mail ou même dans la communauté.
Parceque vous pensez que nous allons accepter la réunion en ligne. Nous
disons non, non, non, puisque nos revendications son claire et avec des
précisions de pourquoi nous disons non.
Vos problèmes d'Espagne ne pourra jamais être le même en RDC. Alors soit
celui qui dit aussi non à la réunion et lorsque tu viendra à Kinshasa je
pourrais te voir apporter un plus sur ce que les organisations Local doit
faire pour la consommation de l'internet en RDC et même son amélioration.
