Jordi, les africains ont confiance dans tout ce qu'il fond. Mais ici ce ne
pas la question de confiance qui manque mais il s'agit de ce que la réunion
physique pourra apporter à la RDC en terme des questions liées à la
consommation de l'internet et même la numérisation du pays.
Je crois que vous êtes sans ignorer que notre proposition à la raison
d'être soutenu par toi même Jordi pour l'unique intérêt qui nous lie, ce
promouvoir la consommation locale de l'internet. Ce pourquoi. Mais dire que
tu regrettes le faite qu'il ya les engins qui ramène tout le monde à la
raison cela m'étonne aussi parceque d'abord ton organisation a besoin
d'investir en RDC. Alors elle le fera en ligne ?
Oui vous le faite avec d'autres communautés, est ce que ces sont les engins
que la RDC ? Soi sincères avec toi même tu comprendra que nous appelons
tout le monde à la raison et continue a le faire. La RDC reste ouvert pour
tous et vous attend à venir joué un grand rôle pour permettre à plus de 80
millions d'habitants à avoir accès à l'internet et permettre a ce que la
numérisation ne soit une aumelie dans l'église.
Je demande à tous ce qui pense que notre proposition pourrais bloquer ou
décourage, qu'ils sachent que l'avenir nous donnera raison. A vous de ne
pas s'en passé de crié d'armes de plus de 80 millions d'habitants.
