[rpd] Larus foundation and Afrinic PDP

Chère communauté et cher Arnaud,

Ayant suivi de près le déroulement de la bourse de la fondation Larus, je
me retrouve dans l'obligation d'éclaircir quelques points majeurs dans
cette discussion.

La fondation n'impose aucune idée ou position envers ses boursiers. Chaque
personne est libre de son opinion autant que membre africain de la
communauté.

Autant qu'organisation qui finance des jeunes ambitieux et les aide à
assister a de telles conférences qui manquent gravement de la presence et
de la voix de la communauté Africaine jeune, elle a tout le droit de
veiller sur la performance de ses boursiers. La sélection de ces derniers
est très sélective, ce qui explique évidemment le critère d'engagement et
de participation pour mériter sa place et le financement dépensé. Je parle
aussi autant qu'étudiante qui a bénéficié de plusieurs bourses avec
diverses organisations et qui a témoigné de leur déroulement qui est
toujours le même.
