Dear Arnaud,
Co-Chairs try as much as possible to stay out of some of the issues raised
on rpd for obvious reasons.
 However, we have received a few protest/ petition from the community
regarding your email below, one of such email asked us to report the email
as 'hate Crime and public incitment' to the police .
We have also used goggle translate and we feel your email is inciting a
section of the community against the other. This type of incitement is
against the law in most African countries as it has led to genocide in the
past and a lot of people have been jailed for such incitement in the past.
You can also look at the various  ICJ judgment on public incitment. As we
don't want to be specific.
( just to let you know the gravity). Please you can encourage more french
speakers to participate but the reference and calling a section 'wolf' and
a few other things in your email is unacceptable.
 Please take this is a formal warnings and please clarify your email as
this is important to avoid any further action.
