[rpd] End of LAST call

Dear co-chairs,

I agree with what co-author Jordi has just sent.

There were no new problems or arguments that were not addresses, during
the last call.
If that is a wrong understanding, we request guidance from the co-chairs
as to what the remaining problems are.
