[rpd] Replying to Digest emails

Folks, could we please agree on not replying to Digest emails ?

This is a bad pratice and breaks totally the discussion thread.
Receiving digest emails doesn't means the same level of commitment to the
list.

Participation is open and free to everyone but please subscribe to it if
you wish to comment and put your views, otherwise it makes everybody lives
including the Chairs more dificult having to identify which thread that
reply belongs to. Specially when it's not even taken the care to adjust de
email subject.

I am not making that up, but asking for consideration to other who are
subscribed to follow a good pratice regarding mailing lists.
