I believe the discussion about this point has done already because
before the current version this was the biggest point with major
opposition from most people about and which the author changed to
fulfill the community feedback.
I think the current text of 5.7.5 is Ok now and even if it takes a
little while after the ratification for this to be implemented I don't
believe there will be any real damage. Just give it the the time as this
is nothing urgent or crucial.
