I still object to the ASN going with the resources unless the operational use of the resources (i.e. the actual infrastructure, etc.) are also being transferred.
I remain opposed to 5.7.5 as there is zero possibility of this proposal becoming policy prior to that trigger and it will therefore only ever be non-operative cruft in the CPM.
