[rpd] 1st PDWG Webinar (REMINDER AND MEETING LINK)

+1 Caleb,

The introduction of a new mechanism in our policy development process, that
is, the organization of Webinar to discuss policy could have been good to
look at as a working group to see the merits and the demerits of its use
and if adopted, we will all abide by it.

In all case we shall be careful to not temper unnecessarily with the
process and introduce risks of contentions.

In the meantime, why not organize webinars on Afrinic mission and mandate,
important corporate documents (RSA.... ), existing policies, the CPM, the
PDP itself and how to participate...

People need the fundamentals to be able to understand and make their
opinions on proposals. They would have had all the benchmarks to
"decrypt" messages and participate more on the RPD list and during PPM.

Regards

Arnaud
