I actually think I’m ok with a prohibition in future free pool requests. If you sold address space, then I think it’s reasonable that you need to buy it if you need more in the future. In other words, you can’t get free pool space for flipping repeatedly, but you can still get more space via transfer if your business needs change.

I think these are good and reasonable safeguards with or without the above limitation (preferably with).

This depends on whether or not the community eventually adopts policies to further exacerbate the current shortage in favor of extending the duration of the free pool. (E.g. SL-BIS).
