ACK.  As requested, it shall be done.

I must first complete my research however, to insure that I am not
casting improper aspersions, and to make sure that I am not wasting
anyone's time.

One small question:  Should there be an exact one-to-one correspondance
between the set of ORGs which have Afrinic number resources allocations,
according to the Afrinic WHOIS data base, and the list of members, as
given on the Afrinic web site?  (ref: https://afrinic.net/membership/list)
