Dear Abdulkarim,

...so you have decided to use your power of *Variance* (CPM section
3.6). Well done :-)

I like your attempting to revitalize this community, then i wish you to
succeed on thy way.

I can suggest two things :

+ Every two (or three) months instead of one ;

+ Possibility to declare the consensus during those alternative meetings.

Please do also considere this call [1] for *Variance*, as we have
demonstrated that something is really broken on the way the Impact
Analysis Reports are providing by AFRINIC Staff. And we need your
support to fix it quickly. I propose you to merge the two *Variance*
projects.
