Salut Jordi,
Désolée pour le retard de ma réaction. Mais bien que vous ayez raison,
une section indique que la RSA devrait être soumise à la politique
adoptée tout le temps, mais cela ne signifie pas que la clause en
conflit direct dans laquelle j'ai signalé devient invalide.
L’obligation pour les membres de signer un contrat qui contredit
directement la politique constitue une violation du PCI-2.
Afrinic peut-il légalement préciser comment la clause susmentionnée
n'est pas contredite par une "politique de transfert"?
Le personnel d’Afrinic peut-il répondre aux questions suivantes:
1. Si un membre réutilise ses ressources IP, ce membre doit-il
renvoyer l'IP à AFRINIC, car elle enfreint la clause 4 de la RSA; c)
.i lequel ces services ont été demandés.
2. Si un membre n'a plus besoin de la ressource IP, ce membre doit-il
renvoyer l'adresse IP à AFRINIC car elle enfreint la clause RSA 4. (c)
.iv
(1) informateur AFRINIC, chaque fois que les changements interviennent
au point où ils ne sont plus nécessaires, ils ont besoin de ressources
ou de ressources.
(2) renvoyer à AFRINIC, dans un délai de 15 jours suivant la
signification de ce que vous aimeriez au (iv) (1) de prestation de
services;
Étant donné que le seul moyen d'obtenir une offre pour le transfert
est soit 1. le membre n'a plus besoin d'espace, mais il est disposé à
vendre, soit le membre 2. utilise à nouveau l'espace et a laissé des
espaces disponibles à la vente. La "politique de transfert interne" ne
peut pas être mise en œuvre si les deux conditions susmentionnées sont
vraies.
