[rpd] Proposal update received: Abuse Contact Policy Update

Hello jordi i think its quite a common tradition to attach timelines with
generated tickets from help-desk based scenarios. lets say a timeline is
associated with the validation process does that mean if validation is
extended to another 15 days a new ticket will be generated for each
extension?
