[rpd] Nomcom feedback to PDWG

Dear All,
First I would like to thank the community for speaking out after my email.
I got an email saying the nomination has been approved. This has shown that
we can be a united community.
Finally, I would like to thank AFRINIC NOMCOM 2019 team for being a
listening team. You guys have shown that you have the intrest of the
community at heart by doing the right thing. Please listen more and your
names would be written on gold.
