[rpd] Noncom Request for Feedback.

Hello NOMCOM,

I would like to know reasons to why my application for PDP chair could not
come through as I submitted my application in time.

No prior notice has been given regarding the additional information. It’s
too rush and unreasonable for me to prepare the documents within a day.

I hope NOMCOM can take this issue seriously and give us a justified and
acceptable response.

I will appreciate your timely feedback and resolution.

Thank you.

Regards,
