[rpd] Was - Prolicy proposal "Internet Number Resources review by AFRINIC" informations update

Dear all,

I think the idea discussed by Daniel and Jordi in this thread is a way forward that should be embraced by the authors of this policy. 

With the sound objections raised by various individuals on this mailing list, It seems getting a consensus for this policy might be a bit difficult. 

Based on the work put in and the persistence of the authors to ensure the ratification of this policy, i am sure the authors believe this policy will be of greater good to the AFRINIC community. 

A large number of the community thinks otherwise at this time.

Timing is everything.
