I agree you may have 'good' drafts here derived from day to day
practices in some enterprises. I do not follow many IETF discussions but
I believe that to be a standard, these practices should get consensus as
per IETF meaning.

maybe but I prefer to suggest at least those who are promoted. Drafts
are drafts and you may find some a bit ... dangerous from my perception.
You have to be cautious when you indicate a document at this stage as a
*recommandation* to non IETF-aware community.
Concerning IETF process, If you think a particular draft should be
promoted, just follow the rules and give your opininion on the right list :)
Strictly speaking of this proposal I find this draft [1] a good guidance
and I will express my opinion where it has to be. But I do no think we
should mention it at this stage here.
