[rpd] policy proposal for removing Intra-RIR transfers of IPv6 and ASN (CPM 5.7.1) - volunteers ?

Hi all,

Following slides from yesterday James presentation, another of the problems that I believe needs to be solved is to allow those transfers.

Anyone will like to submit a proposal on this?

I'm happy to help drafting it, coauthor, or whatever way you prefer.

Otherwise, I will progress myself.
