This policy can only be fast tracked by companies. Most companies have a
majority of ipv4 implementations and most of them do not see the cost
effectiveness of deploying ipv6. Cost analysis factors include technical
know how of staff and implementation of current ipv6 solutions such as dual
stacking to communicate with ipv4 islands. Therefore this policy and ipv6
fast tracking is majorly dictated by organisations
