I was just expressing an opnion, which I am also entitled to. I am not a spokesperson, I was just restating obvious fact.
I see, so if we have more than ten years to deplete IPv4 as you pointed out, so why the policy in the first place, you are now agreeing with me that we have been wasting time.
My take for now.

J'ai lu hier un rapport de déploiement d'IPv6 qui contredit toutes les prédictions apocalyptiques pour IPv4 et prouvent que le taux d'utilisation actuel d'IPV6 global est très loin des attentes et quel'ipV4 a encore près de deux décennies devant soi. Voilà pourquoi la Communauté au vrai sens du terme doit se préoccuper d'une gestion efficiente, responsable et rationnelle des ressources Ipv4 restantes. I also rebel against anyone who stands as a non-commissioned spokesperson for the community. You can simply express your opinion without always rallying your position to that of the community, which is a group made up of several people other than you who most often share diverging and diverse opinions. All those who complained that their opinions had not been taken into account at the Lagos meeting is the time to post on the mailing list or participate remotely, if any.
