Soft landing policies are about distributing v4 spaces from the last /8 which is meant to ease IPv6 deployment and facilite IPv6 transition. So i was proposed that to get allocation from this last /8, people should show IPv6 address[Show IPv6 deployment rejected] .
3.8 Allocation Criteria
LIR and End users requesting IPv4 must have IPv6 resources from AFRINIC (or request concomitantly with the IPv4) or from their upstreams.
