[rpd] IPv6 Initial Allocation Update - Policy Proposal

In section 6.5.1.2 initial allocation size organizations may qualify for an
initial allocation size larger than /32 by submitting documentation that
justifies the request. Is there any time limit or turnaround time for
satisfying this request supposing all documentation is considered to be
okay?. Secondly what is the maximum size larger than a /32 that can be
requested?
