[rpd] Proposal to alter AFRINIC Policy Development Process

Dear PDWG Community,

As most should be aware, there is a policy proposal to alter the PDP at https://www.afrinic.net/en/community/policy-development/policy-proposals/2233-afrinic-policy-development-process-bis

Some comments have been received and are should be under consideration by the authors. To help collate contributions from members, the proposal has been broken down clause by clause at https://goo.gl/gsL6cZ and the document is open for comments so anyone can add comments to clauses to help improve the next draft of the proposal (or you could simply do it here on the mailing list as usual). 

It is important to note that the document has 2 sheets reflecting the 2 documents submitted by the authors. The first is the proposed "PDP BIS Draft 2" and the second document is a "PDWG Guidelines and Procedures Document". Please feel free to insert your comments in the sheets though co-chairs will collate and also apply previously submitted (email) comments to the relevant clauses.
