[rpd] Timeline for handling AFPUB-2016-V4-001-DRAFT07 policy appeal

For one all backs up but we need and the appeals committee to do the right and honourable work they are and have been tasked to do. Am sure the appeals committee would be open minded and independent in their work. Whislt we give them the faith that the work will surely not botched up.
