[rpd] Timeline for handling AFPUB-2016-V4-001-DRAFT07 policy appeal

I am in favour of letting the committee do its work it was assigned to and plead that people respect their peers please. Let’s give and take respect of each other. Colleagues let’s give the time and it would apply to all parties as i said before. we are all the community there is no committee or board respect but give us all the respect and let things take there way. 

When we get the result we shall see whether the work was done in an open and fair way or not.

So let me please plead to all to stop the subtle attacks from all side. My two cents.
