Bonjour,

Il est difficile de faire une distribution équitable par pays. En effet, le
besoin de chaque FAI et donc de chaque pays est différent.

Il va être quasiment impossible de contenter tout le monde avec des
adresses IPv4. Lors de la présentation des autres RIR à AFRINIC-27, nous
avons pu constater qu'IPv4 est "une espèce en voie de disparition". Il
n'existe pas de solution miracle à la distribution des adresses IPv4
restantes dans l'Internet. Nous ne pouvons que nous contenter, à l'heure
actuelle, de limiter la casse.

Hello,

It's very difficult to make an equitable distribution by Country. The
needed for each ISP and so for each countries are very different.

It will be almost impossible to satisfy everyone with IPv4 addresses.
During the presentation of the other RIRs at AFRINIC-27, we were able to
see that IPv4 is "an endangered species". There is no quick fix for
distributing the remaining IPv4 addresses on the Internet. All we can do
now is limit the number of breakages.
