Please consider this notice of intent to appeal against the declaration of consensus regarding policy proposal AFPUB-2016-V4-001-DRAFT07 



The appellants no longer have the belief that this situation can be resolved in the absence of an official appeal – and emails sent requesting engagement within 48 hours have gone ignored and unanswered. 



The issue has been discussed with the requisite number of members as per section 5.2.(d) of the appeal committee terms of reference as indicated by the emails from: 



Owen De Long 

Saul Stein 

Andrew Alston 

Sander Steffann 

Mark Elkins 



All these emails were sent within the last 48 hours as of the time of writing this email. 



The full appeal documents will follow within the next 24 hours that we believe will clearly demonstrate that the co-chair’s decision to declare consensus was in error and should be forfeit.
