It would be interesting to validate this proposal because it looks like:
- a guarantee in the exploitation of the IP V4 resources, especially when one knows that it is in the phase of exhaustion and that this state can benefit all Africa in the event of exhaustion.
- A catalyst for migration to IPV6, as the latest V4 addresses will be for Internet research and development purposes and all resources will be migrated to IPV6
