PDWG Co-Chairs, please consider this my taking up the matter of your erroneous ruling
with you such that should you fail to reverse this erroneous move to last call in the
face of so much opposition, this should serve as basis for a formal appeal to the appeals
committee. Further, since I have posted this to the RPD list, it should be considered
that I have also taken up the matter with the RPD working group.
