Hi all, if you'll forgive a question from a curious outsider, how is
'AFRINIC Community member' defined?

In the RIPE region we have members of the NCC, the legal organisation, that
pay a membership fee and obtain resources, but the RIPE Community is
'anybody that participates' and not bounded by geography.
