And yes its my opinion and am saying I dont see anything reasonable or wise
about it because the premise upon which owen argued doesnt hold any waters
in my opinion.



i don’t see a problem with independent (read: "outsider") committee
members.  i can’t see how that hinders a show of transparency.
i *would* have a problem with this, if the committee was made *solely* of
outsiders.


I see a problem and I am saying independent but from within our own
community and region and that is my opinion.


but it’s not.


its almost and that is enough for me to object to such suggestions
considering the enormous wealthy of vibrant folk in this continent who can
take uo seat 3, 5, and 5.
