[rpd] Last Call for "AFPUB-2016-GEN-001-DRAFT-04 - Internet Number Resources Review by AFRINIC"

Dear  Co-chairs,

While trying to clear the understandings of the legal risks and  determine
the way forward, we  provided  some responses to legal assessment and
expected clarifications and feedbacks.

Legal seems to refuse any further engagement as stated below.

We seem stuck  as  clearing theses issues  through mutual understanding  of
the risks and how to mitigate them is the only way forward.

Please act as you see  appropriate
