Hello,
+1 Alain,
+1 OPPOSITION TO THIS POLICY.
I would like appeal PDP chair and co-chair, in respect to majority of the
community opinion, to stop wasting time and ressources to this unusual
proposal.
AFRINIC has to Promote responsible management of internet resources through
the african region, as well as, the responsible development and operation
of internet infrastructure .... provide educational opportunities to the
public so as to increase understanding within African communities of
internet technical and policy issues (Bylaws 3.4).
My proposal is to move this discussion to national, regional and gobal
Internet Governance Forum (IGF) and to AUC and regional economic
communities (RECS) in charge of public policies.
