i will take that as better indicator than academic qualification. At leats
being on another bord, they would have learn some important functions of
being board membre.

really?!!! we already have council of elders in a continent rulled by
league of old men!!!  young people (under 25) who have start company,
raised money and build a team to deliver product to the market ... why
should that be less important that some old guy man milking the privilege
of his old age?

Not just work. Work in managerial role. and those skill you mention?

Data, even better!!!
