[rpd] Report of the Soft Landing isuue

Sami, all,

I just want to remind everyone that "no consensus, status quo remains"
is a perfectly valid outcome of the PDP.

Not every policy proposal needs to pass in some form or other. That a
proposal fails to gain consensus is not an indictment of the PDP,
rather a validation of the PDP.

Regards,

McTim
