Hello,

Just to inform that LACNIC entered today the 3rd and last phase of
its ipv4 exhaustion policy [1].

In this new phase it will only be allowed IPv4 allocations to new
entrants, or, organization with no previous IPv4 allocation.

And this will be limited to only one allocation up to 1024 addresses
