Hello,

I sent some comments to Mr Nguessan on 10 December 2016 in response 
to a message about
a Consolidated Policy Manual.  I haven't received any response 
yet.  I would be grateful if I could get a reply to the question as 
it is related to the Last Call for a policy proposal.
