[rpd] Status of Policy Proposals and Minutes of AFRINIC 25 PPM in Mauritius

Dear PDWG Members,

At the recently concluded Public Policy Meeting in Flic en Flac, 
Mauritius during AFRINIC-25, the policy proposals under discussion 
achieved the following statuses:

1. Inbound Transfer Policy
No consensus to proceed; Return to mailing list for further discussion.

2. Soft Landing Overhaul
No consensus to proceed; Return to rpd mailing list for further 
discussion. (Authors subsequently withdrew proposal to be able to 
cooperate with authors of directly opposing proposal for IPv4 runout 
management)

3. IPv4 Soft Landing - BIS
No consensus to proceed; Return to rpd mailing list for further discussion.

4. Internet Number Resources Review by AFRINIC
No consensus to proceed; Return to rpd mailing list for further discussion.

5. IPv4 Resource Transfers within the AFRINIC region
Consensus to proceed to last call (Community recommended some 
modifications and requested clarifications to be reflected in modified 
draft. Awaiting modified draft from authors for discussion in last call 
period).
