Thank you for reminding me about that.  It was a project of the IPv6 
Program Manager.

I was working on statistics for IPv4 allocations recently and I ended 
up generating some misleading statistics for IPv4 allocations for a 
country.  There is a similar mistake in the data used for an academic 
paper which was published at a conference in Canada.

I'll take this opportunity to thank Mr Alston for sharing some 
information about IPv4 on this mailing list in January.
