No other countries that I know of.


The Pros (for the government) are ease of tracking who uses which addresses.

The Cons (for the people) are ease of government tracking who uses which IP
addresses.

Of course this all depends on the level of granularity of data that TZNIC
decides is appropriate to deliver.
