I would suggest we go with “warrants investigation” and the separation as suggested.

The policy does not prevent AFRINIC from considering the source of a report. The report shall include information about the source and source trust AFRINIC for the confidentiality. AFRINIC focus is on Internet Number Resources utilisation and members are given the chance to prove a report wrong. The proposal also has provisions for appeal
