[rpd] New Proposal - "Internet Number Resources Audit by AFRINIC (AFPUB-2016-GEN-001-DRAFT01)

Patrick,

I have already expressed support for the policy.

My comments about IPv4 are aimed at those who have not yet deployed IPv6. We are for all practical purposes out of IPv4 addresses on a global scale. Continued reliance on IPv4 is creating additional costs and the ever-expanding amount of NAT is doing real harm to real users.
