[rpd] Barry Macharia resignation from pdwg

Dear AFRINIC community,

I have received notice from Barry Macharia that he is resigning his position as PDWG co-chair with immediate effect.

This means that the PDWG now has only one co-chair, Seun Ojedeji.

I believe that the community should appoint a new PDWG co-chair to serve the remainder of Barry’s term, which was due to expire in about six months, at the next AFRINIC meeting.
