[rpd] Resource Reservation for Internet Exchange Points next step

Dear Community Members,

Sequel to the end of the last call period for the "Resource Reservation for Internet Exchange Points" proposal which achieved consensus at the AFRINIC 22 public policy meeting. The minor un-opposed modification proposed during the last call period has been reflected on the draft proposal accordingly. Below is the information about the proposal:
